AUTORESPONDERS

An Autoresponder is simply a system with capability to send an email series or set of weekly, daily, monthly, or set timed out newsletters or emails to people who sign up on a web form to receive information from you.

Have you ever filled a form in on a web site, blog, or capture page? Then you have received emails or newletters from an autoresponder system.

In the video below, we will show you examples of what a web form looks like, where you can place them and different systems that you can use for these web forms to begin a "list" of subscribers for your own.

AWeber has these features:

EMails and Autoresponders

Writing your email series for your autoresponder is not as large and daunting a task as it first appears.

Take it one newsletter or email at a time beginning with a Welcome email or newsletter.

Introduce yourself but keep it brief.

Say Thank you for subscribing and fill them in a bit on what to expect, how often your emails will come and what information you will be covering.

Stick to the topic that they signed up to receive. If they wanted and were promised Internet Marketing information, don't feel the need to add a random recipe here and there in the email series :)

Keep the body concise and give interesting and helpful information.

Starting with the second email or newsletter in the series, be certain to mention at the end what will be coming in 3 days or so, what sort of info and how many days later.

Stay Tuned for Blogs and Social Networks in 3 days :) For example.

Add this "heads up" information to the end of every email or newsletter in the series.

Feel free to refer your subscribers to a blog of yours or a website if it is relevant to your content.

Always end with the same "tagline" or two. Thank You From Carol In Atlanta, See You At The Beach, Yours In Success, etc.

Your Name and Google Me as your signature.

See You At The Beach,
